XSM5002 medium panel adhesive is a strong multi-use, glass-sphere filled epoxy that provides a superior bond and also seals the panel your bonding. XSM5002 is suitable for all non-structural panel bonding that you will need an adhesive with an optimal work time of 45 to 55 min at 75 deg F. The special glass spheres in XSM5002 assist you in obtaining the proper bond line thickness, providing excellent results every time.
Composition:
55 to 58% Bisphenol A / Epichlorohydrin Epoxy Resin, 14 to 15% Epoxy Phenol Novolac Resin, 4.5 to 5.5% Bisphenol A / Epichlorohydrin Polymer, Epoxy Terminated, 1.6 to 2.2% Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 1 to 2% Titanium Dioxide, 0.1 to 0.3% Iron Oxide (Non-Hazardous Ingredient) (Part A), 23 to 25% Polyamidoamine Resin, 14 to 16% 4-Nonylphenol (Branched), 1.5 to 2.5% Diethylenetriamine, 1.5 to 2.5% Bisphenol A, 1 to 1.6% Titanium Dioxide (Part B)
